These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by BJW CONSULTING LLC ("BJW," "we," "us") at bjwcon.shop. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. These terms concern the website only — consulting engagements are governed by signed statements of work and applicable law.
This site is a scope wheel describing the consulting practice of BJW CONSULTING LLC across six spokes: Advisory (E-01–E-11), People (E-12–E-22), Market (E-23–E-27), Flow (E-28–E-47), Field (E-48–E-53) and Bench (E-54–E-76). It exists so prospective clients can see our scope and reach the practice.
Listed exclusions are real and kept: E-04 (financial management consulting) expressly excludes investment advice, and E-12 (actuarial consulting) expressly excludes insurance actuarial services. Scientific and specialty engagements (Practice F) are advisory only and do not replace licensed professional determinations. Engagement numbers are reference marks on this website — they are not proposal or contract identifiers.

Submitting the brief form or emailing us opens a conversation — nothing more. A sent brief signs no engagement and reserves no time. Do not include confidential or privileged materials until a confidentiality framework is in place.
We work to keep the wheel accurate, but make no warranty that content is complete, current or error-free. The firm's actual services are defined by its engagements — not by this website.
Site design, text, graphics and the "Advisory Wheel" concept belong to BJW CONSULTING LLC and its developer, BJW CONS. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation; other reproduction requires written permission. Deliverables belong to their clients under engagement terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BJW CONSULTING LLC from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or your submission of unlawful or unauthorized content.
We will never send unsolicited emails requesting fees, wire transfers, new bank details or credentials outside a signed engagement. If you receive such a request appearing to come from us, treat it as fraud and call +1 (858) 933-2880 to verify — do not reply to the suspicious message.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
