Consulting is not licensure

We advise; we do not practice law, medicine, engineering, accounting or regulated actuarial work. Where a license is required, we say so — E-12 expressly excludes insurance actuarial services, and E-04 expressly excludes investment advice.

Is this website a proposal or a deliverable?
No. It maps our consulting scope. Proposals, findings and recommendations are written documents delivered under a signed engagement.
What does "except investment advice" mean on E-04?
Our financial management consulting covers budgets, controls and finance operations — not securities selection or investment recommendations, which are expressly excluded.
And "except insurance actuarial" on E-12?
E-12 covers actuarial consulting for non-insurance applications — pensions, risk modeling, workforce planning. Insurance rate-making and reserving require credentialed actuaries under specific regulation and are excluded.
Do consulting findings create a professional license engagement?
No — consulting is advisory work. Legal, medical, engineering, surveying and similar licensed determinations must come from licensed professionals; we flag where they are required.
How is confidential client data handled?
Engagement files are confidential, access is limited to the engagement team, and materials are never published or shared without written authorization. See the privacy policy for detail.
